Q: How many students are in a class?
A: There are 2 to 6 students in a group class.
Q: Can I have a one to one lesson instead of a group lesson?
A: Yes. Students may avail of one to one lessons.
Q: How long is the class for?
A: The class lasts for 30 minutes.
Q: At what age do you accept accept students?
A: Children may begin piano and/or violin from as young as 5 years and guitar and other instruments from 8 to 9 years. All children are different however and very young children must have an initial assessment.

Q: How much do I have to pay on the first day?
A: On the first day you must pay for the term/or what remains of the term ahead.
Q: What are the methods of payment?
A: You may pay by Cash, Credit Card, Cheque or Direct Debit.
Q: What if I/my child misses a class within the term I have paid for?
A: If you miss a class, we will offer you a reschedule to one alternative day/time during the same week. If this is not possible for you, you will loose payment for that class.
Q: What if I/my child's class falls on a Bank Holiday?
A: We will offer you a different day during that same week. These are called 'Catch Up Days'
Q: Do you offer discounts for more than one sibling?
A: Yes. We offer a 5% discount to 2 students or more from the same family.
Q: Do I/does my child need to have an instrument straight away?
A: No, not necessarily. You may avail of instruments in the school during class but ultimately an instrument is needed at home to practice. We can direct you to reputable retailers that offer reasonable prices and even offer 'rent-to-buy' schemes.

Q: Is it compulsory to sit Graded Exams?
A: No, it is not compulsory. Please see Instruments for more details
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, there is on street parking right outside the school.
Q: Is there a waiting area in the school for parents?
A: Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area for parents and younger siblings.
Q: May I sit in on the class with my child?
A: Yes, of course. Your child's comfort is most important to us.
Q: Are your teachers Guarda Vetted?
A: Absolutely. All of our teachers are Guarda Vetted.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We open from Mon to Fri - 12pm to 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
